Always eager to give all employees training to support their careers and to enrich the service offerings of the company, partnering with the NJ Department of Labor to kick off a grant-based training program for the staff.
Nancy has always taken every opportunity to bring her passion for community service and helping others to the work place. Being able to support the Trees for Troops program with her employer and the community supported her policy of Taking Care of Each Other.
Sharing her vision of the air freight forwarding industry in 2008, Nancy stated: “……we’ll get there…….we’ll get there……..” Sharing that determination to GET THERE has led to the creation of Costo Consulting Group.
